Kuwait - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Al Mowasat Healthcare Company approved distributing cash dividends of 20% of its capital or 20 fils per share for 2016.

Total dividends equal KWD 2.03 million and will be distributed to shareholders registered on the date of the OGM on Sunday, the company said in a statement to Boursa Kuwait.

The company’s capital stands at KWD 10.16 million distributed over 101.64 million shares with a par value of 100 fils per share.

Profits rose 35.3% reaching KWD 4.52 million in 2016, compared to KWD 3.34 million in 2015.
